Reshape
Reshape is the 2nd available flow in the Unravel tab.
With Reshape we can look back at what usually causes tension and friction within our experience, get to the seed of why it does and replace that part of the story and outcome with something new, as valid as what we had before, now more beneficial for yourself. This is great for traumas, fears, regrets and others painful processes one might go through.
From an early age we are taught how we should act and react to different situations. It starts in childhood with positive and negative reinforcement, and the glossary of presuppositions keeps growing, be it from observing our community, media, ads, you name it. In many cases one does not have to lead to the other and that's what Reshape goes up against.
Decluttering of those implied cause and effect chains, and in general, of the idea that any one thing must lead to another, can provide another level of control over vicious cycles. You might even catch yourself going through the same cycles after processing them, the story now being different - the thought arising within the awareness that the thought was a negative path of assumptions you previously followed and since changed. With time the new conclusions strengthen and there will be no inner battle over where you stand on that topic.
Going through the flow, you can uncover what brought the unwanted feeling, provide a new outcome, and uncover the biased cause and effect chain to overcome it.
When entering data into Reshape, you can easily search through existing data or create new concepts on the fly within the flow. The objects are saved as they are created and their contextual information is converted to "triggered by" relations where appropriate. The relations are saved only after you press Save at the end of the flow.
