IAI 4.9 “Distinctions” - node graph adaptations based on global and local “me” states, IAI 5, Steam Autumn Sale

Hey family!

Today we're bringing to finality 2 cycles: the last major update of the year, AND the last major update in the 4.X lifecycle - with functionality for both Plus AND free users!

ImmaterialAI 4 roadmap catch-up

When we announced IAI 4 we promised 6 major updates: Season 2 of unlocks, Worlds, Constraints, Sugar pills, Distinctions and Mentions.

After update 4.8 (which brought Constraints to IAI 4) there was only one remaining feature to add - Distinctions, guess what’s live right now?

IAI 4.9 Distinctions

Nodes that don't have "me" metadata matching the current "me" app bar library filter will now be darkened or lightened in graphs based on the current skin's theming, de-emphasizing the nodes that don't fit the current "me" filtering whenever you're in a graph.

Whether you have your app bar "me" state as disabled/ library mode/ current me/ old me or even both, as soon as you change the "me" state new graphs will be created with updated colors - this functionality occurring for all created graphs while you're in them.

The renderer for graph arrows has also been updated in update 4.9

The Steam Autumn sale is live right now, to celebrate 4.9 and the end of 4.X we're running a 25% discount for Plus and Lite, as well as the upgrade bundle!

IAI 5 announcement

All IAI 3 and 4 clients will get updated to IAI 5 starting 2023!

Talk to you very soon champ,
the ImmaterialAI team
