ImmaterialAI 3.2.2 - Web release, UX changes and more

The wait is over: Our redesign from update 3.2 is now out for desktop browsers! (with a few extra functionality and stability enhancements)

ImmaterialAI 3.2.2 on Web

ImmaterialAI’s new redesign is now live for free on desktop browsers (link). Phone support coming very soon! Pro tip: Microsoft Edge and similar native browsers can turn the web app into a standalone app after you first open the page.

Because web apps will be slower than native apps, performance mode is turned on by default on Web. Turn it off from the settings to get the original desktop look in browsers.

Other 3.2.2 changes

• Pressing the home button while no item is focused will clear any existing search filters (e.g. search query, focused items only, favorites only, new me/old me/library) returning the user to the default home page

• home page is faster

• new me button on the home page cycles through the filters in a different order

  • before: default (don’t show old items in search only) -> only new me -> only old me -> all data -> default

  • now: default -> only new me -> all data -> old me -> default

• more fixes and tweaks to UI and UX

We’re getting closer and closer to where we want to be with the redesign. A few features to add, known issues to tackle, and we’ll be free to go full ham on the mobile builds!
