ImmaterialAI 3.3 - chain search filters, new search shortcuts, embedded library & more

The home page UX rework started in update 3.2 comes full circle this weekend with the stable 3.3 release, which adds chaining search filters and new search shortcuts to the home page, embeds the previously-standalone library into the home page, and more!

Video below showcases everything:

Search

  • new filter shortcut: see all focused items by searching "focus", “foc”, etc

    • To search for focused items containing “a” you’d search “focus|a” or variations

  • new filter shortcut: see all favorites by searching "favorite", “fav”, etc

    • To search for favorite items containing “x” you’d search “fav|x” or variations

  • new filter shortcut: see the old me/new me/full library states by searching "old", "new", "full", ”lib” etc

  • chain multiple search filters in your input by adding "|" between the filters e.g "focused|event|now", "old me|favorites", “new me|worldview|poss”, “lib|something| etc

  • pressing backspace while having no search input clears all filters

Other

  • pressing the library in the list of features shows all "new me" data

  • added "no animations" option in the settings

  • various stability fixes

Wrapping the UX overhaul up, next is stabilizing the experience and pushing it to new platforms. Mobile soon!
