ImmaterialAI 3.2 “Home v2” - reworked home page
With the new update we focused on giving our homepage a much needed rework, including new navigation, new UI, and a whole new search bar for quickly browsing through app functionality and user data from one place!
Home search bar
We've added many shortcuts and filters to the new search bar. Here's some very useful functionality to know:
Pressing <ENTER> while searching through items will try to open the first result
The search looks through titles, subtitles, descriptions, category and extra info of functionality, tools and user/system data
There are special keywords which filter your data in specific ways, e.g. "worldview" for all worldviews, "free", “soon” for features that are coming soon, etc.
You can further filter through focused items and favorites from the search bar
You can also see it in action in the vid below
Other home page changes
Tools/Concept UI Card reworked
The look of cards has been reworked to look more like elements in a periodic table, now also containing:
for features, the feature’s category
for concepts, their type and the type’s icon
Home menu moved from side to top
The old side menu is now a top menu that contains the user’s progress, the new search bar, and filters for focused items or favorites. Because of the extra side space, the number of tools/concepts per row increased from 5 to 6.
Focused items and favorites
On the home page you previously had separate sections for focused items and favorites. Now they are filters which can be toggled from the top menu, accessible near the new search bar. The search query applies to focused items or favorites filters too, making it easy for you to search through your most important data.
ImmaterialAI 3.2 with its new search bar changed how we at the office use ImmaterialAI completely. The new functionality really brings the whole platform together unlike any previous version, imagine being able to search through all your minds data and tools from the home page. It’s here, 3.2, try it out, it's free!
Got anything else you’d add to the search bar? Let us know and we might add it in the next updates!
